Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy

Your cooling-off right

If you are a consumer as defined in the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you may cancel an electronic transaction within seven days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You bear the cost of returning them.

This right does not apply to goods made to your specifications, or to digital material once it has been accessed. Two of our products fall into those categories, and they are identified below.

Most of our customers trade as companies rather than individuals, and this right applies to natural persons. If you are unsure whether it applies to you, contact us and we will deal with it fairly either way.

SAPC SOP Compliance Pack

Each pack is written for your pharmacy specifically and professionally printed. Once production has begun it cannot be resold or reused, and it is therefore not returnable.

You may cancel without charge before production starts. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to.

If the pack arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from what was ordered, we will correct or replace it at our cost.

Digital Reference Pack

Because access is granted immediately on payment, this product is not refundable once the access link has been used.

If you have not accessed the material, contact us within seven days and we will refund you in full.

If the link fails or the material is inaccessible, tell us and we will fix it. That is a delivery problem and it is ours to solve.

Temperature monitoring hardware

Monitoring hardware is configured for your premises and becomes your property on purchase. It is not returnable for a change of mind.

If hardware is faulty on arrival or fails under normal use, tell us and we will arrange a warranty replacement at no cost to you.

Nothing in this section affects rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Annual plans

Annual monitoring and bundle plans may be cancelled at any time. We refund the unused months on a pro-rata basis.

The R1,499 setup fee is not refundable, as the hardware has been supplied and configured and is yours. Reports and alerts stop when the plan ends.

Services

Cancel more than 7 days before a scheduled date: full refund
Cancel within 7 days: 50% of the fee is payable, covering time reserved
Work already performed on layouts and applications is charged for at the point of cancellation

How to request a refund

Email info@dcscompliance.co.za with your order number and the reason. We will respond within two business days.

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 10 business days.
