Where we deliver
Anywhere in South Africa. We do not currently ship internationally.
What it costs
Delivery is a flat R150 nationwide, regardless of where you are or what you have ordered.
How long it takes

Timeframes are business days from payment clearing and exclude weekends and public holidays. Remote areas may take longer.
Tracking
We send tracking details by email once your order is dispatched. Monitoring hardware and SOP packs are couriered and require a signature.
Getting it right
Please check your delivery address before you confirm your order. We cannot be responsible for a parcel delivered correctly to an address you gave us.
If a delivery fails because nobody was available or the address was wrong, redelivery is charged at R150.
Monitoring hardware
Monitoring hubs and sensors are pre-configured before dispatch, so they work as soon as you plug them in. No WiFi setup or IT assistance is needed. Setup instructions and sensor placement guidance are included in the box.
Damaged or missing
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at our cost. Photographs of the packaging help.
